The hard-wearing 25 Series stacking stool is a great value seating solution that preserves the traditional look in a classroom or laboratory. Design
Each stool has a 570mm seat height, making them ideal for Key Stage 2, and are specifically designed for music, IT science, arts, crafts and design and technology classrooms where high seating is the norm. As such subjects can invite hours of seated work, stools help offer a flexible seating position and leg extension that helps students focus on their work rather than discomfort, and makes it easier to get up and down without causing disruption. When using a table with a height of around 800mm, these stools will provide optimal comfort and posture to prevent students from straining or hunching over whilst they work.
Compared to a high chair, wooden stools offer a much more natural and traditional aesthetic to set the tone of the room, whilst ensuring maximum durability in messy and relatively uncontrollable environments. The frame also provides durability with its robust crushed bent steel construction, which comprehensively supports the seat to prevent it becoming loose or cracked with unequal weight distribution. This has been finished with light speckled grey Duraform paint to provide unbeatable resistance against scratching and chipping. Again, in a demanding practical environment, this is vital to keep your stools looking good as new.
