CES Holdings opens first overseas office in Dubai.

Leading international school supplier, CES Holdings, is delighted to announce the opening of their first international office in Dubai (CES Holdings Ltd DMCC). This marks a significant expansion for the UK based company, creating the Middle East’s largest in-country supplier for over one million resources.

CES has for 40 years been a world leading consolidator of educational resources. Head-quartered in Manchester and part of the government-owned Commercial Services Group (CSG), CES has an impressive portfolio that includes all major and niche UK school suppliers.

Driven by loyal CES customers who expressed how much they valued local relationships the investment in the Dubai office in Jumeriah Lakes Towers, is a demonstration of the commitment to customer satisfaction. Now schools can benefit from a local team with strong industry experience in education resources headed up by Shelley Swann, supported by a Dubai based account and customer service team.

Now schools can draw upon local experts with no time zone restrictions who can spend time face-to-face to understand their objectives and draw on a unique range of one million resources. These local experts will ensure international schools have the very best advice to create a world class learning environment, all supported by Dubai based customer service team.

Matt Palmer, Managing Director CES said “Opening our new Dubai office is a key milestone in the development of CES for 2021 and beyond. With over 40 years’ experience in this sector, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service and the broadest range of products to our customers. With our Dubai based office we bring that deep knowledge locally to our customers.”

The move follows recent major changes within CES, following its acquisition in January 2020 by government-owned Commercial Services Group (CSG). This substantial investment has strengthened CES’ offering, particularly its digital presence, logistics operations, strategic new hires, and now, the opening of international premises.

Palmer added “The Middle East has always been a strong market for CES, with new international schools and nurseries opening at a rapid pace over the last few decades. CES has strong partnerships with many prestigious schools across the region and has also been pivotal in the setting up of many new establishments – including Oryx International School in Doha, Qatar.”
