Lascells Laser Reflection Tank - 4.2L

Create textbook-perfect ray diagrams with the Lascells Laser Reflection Tank. By adding water and some scattering agent to the tank, the light path of a laser beam can easily be made visible for observation. This apparatus allows for the exploration of several fundamental optical phenomena, including refraction, total internal reflection and critical angle.

With the addition of a diffraction grating (not included), the rays of diffraction maxima can be observed. Use the Lascells Laser Reflection Tank to engage your students and bring your optics demonstrations to life.
