Each song is brought to life with authentic instrumentation and expressive backings. Colourful illustrations show instruments and players for each era. Some of these tunes are amongst the most ancient to have survived and each is accurately dated. Modern lyrics have been added to help you “feel” the music as well as understand the times in which they are set.
The 21 songs can be played as a continuous narrative, linked by comments at the foot of each page. The 12 4-hole ocarinas are made of hard wearing plastic and are supplied in a range of fun colours, all in a handy presentation box. They are easy to clean - simply apply anti-bac spray and wipe with a dry cloth.
