An instant, absorbing activity for a variety of ages, these star shaped hanging decorations are so easy to make.
The whole class get involved creating their own hanger. Choose one of the brightly coloured star templates, adorn with the glitter decorations and thread through a loop of ribbon. There are enough shapes in different shades and forms to decorate all of the stars, but children can add their own embellishments such as feathers and loose glitter. They can even write a message on the frame and turn it into an everlasting greetings card.
Once the hanger is decorated, pop out the pre-cut front and add a drawing or photograph.
