The Primavera 100 cello outfit is a great value beginner instrument. Produced from solid tone woods and benefiting from ebony fittings, it is a reliable instrument that offers superb resonance. This cello is a great choice for beginners and aspiring students, offering a reliable performance that will see you through to your middle grades.

The cello is constructed from carefully selected spruce and maple tone woods, which have been hand carved to produce a seamless body with remarkable tonal qualities. The ebony fingerboard provides a smooth and durable surface for mastering finger techniques, assisting the student in the early stages of learning.

An inlaid purfling design is featured on the instruments edges, giving the cello a professional and classic appearance whilst protecting the body of the cello from minor bumps and marks. The metal alloy tailpiece is robust and hard wearing, which is ideal for students who are regularly transporting their cello between music lessons and practices. Additionally, the cello's steel strings are mounted on to a sturdy maple bridge for increased tonal definition and maximum stability. These tonal qualities are emphasised by the Brazilian hardwood bow, which includes an ebony frog and synthetic horse hair, making it durable, lightweight and simple to use.

This cello is supplied as an outfit, which includes a bow, rosin and reflective padded gig bag with backpack-style straps and plenty of pockets for storage.

All of our cellos are subjected to a thorough set-up prior to despatch by our experienced on-site string technician. This process involves making sure the bridge is fitted perfectly, tuning it up, applying rosin to the bow and making sure the instrument is playable straight from the case upon arrival.
