Building on the success of the plastic pTrumpet, Warwick Music have released the innovative hybrid pTrumpet hyTech. This trumpet combines metal and plastic to create a high-performing, authentic musical instrument, which still maintains the lightweight, robust and affordable features of the pTrumpet.
Its carefully engineered design develops the use of an ABS plastic body and includes stainless steel lined plastic pistons, a brass and polymer hybrid valve block and lead pipe, and a silver-plated metal mouthpiece. The trumpet also features metal water keys, with silicon seals on the main and 3rd valve tuning slides, as well as aluminium top and bottom valve caps, stems and contoured finger buttons.
The hyTech is compatible with any standard trumpet mouthpiece and comes complete with a 7C Silver plated brass mouthpiece as well as a padded gig bag.

The trumpet is incredibly responsive, with a free-blowing, open feel, and the innovative design is engineered to produce sound of a high standard, with accurate intonation. Its robust design means that the pTrumpet hyTech is ideal for use in any setting and suitable for all kinds of performance activities.

Easy maintenance
It is also very easy to keep clean and maintain; you only need to use warm water and traditional slide creams or oils. This no-fuss maintenance style makes these trumpets ideal not only for beginners, but also group classes and school music sessions.
It is supplied with plastic mouthpieces and a gigbag, but the bore will accept a traditional metal mouthpiece.

REUSE
The beauty of ABS, is that any excess materials left over from the process can simply be melted down and re-used!
pInstruments are pretty indestructible, but in the case of a broken instrument, they can provide many replacement parts.
If you have an instrument you are no longer using, why not pass it onto a friend. This reduces waste with the added bonus of sharing and encouraging music with others.
RECYCLE
pInstruments are recyclable under group 7, and can be recycled at certain central locations or by recycling specialists.
