Introducing the Zoom F2 field recorder and lavalier mic
Available with (F2-BT) or without Bluetooth (F2), this handy field recorder is the perfect audio solution for podcasters, videographers, bloggers, journalists and more. Although it is small in size, don't be fooled - the audio quality will amaze you.
Both feature screw-lock connectors keeping you plugged in securely, and a hold feature on the record button to help those accidental slips. It even intelligently adjusts gain depending on audio levels, so you never have to worry about clipping and can always capture what is important.

The F2-BT comes with built-in Bluetooth. And with the free Zoom F2 Control app the F2-BT can wirelessly start/stop recordings, display battery levels, adjust output volume, control lo-cut and more.
You can also pair the F2-BT with a Bluetooth timecode synchronization device to receive and write timecode to recorded files.
The F2 editor
The F2 Editor for PC and Mac allows you to adjust settings, format SD cards and more. Simply connect your F2 or F2-BT via a USB cable and launch the editor. The USB connection also makes it easy to transfer files to your computer.
Letting you record, wherever you are
Battery life won't be a problem, the F2 can record up to 15 hours (14 hours on the F2-BT) with two AAA batteries. Plus, with microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC storage options up to 512GB, you can literally record for days at a time.
The included lavalier LMF-2 omnidirectional microphone has a low-profiled design and high audio quality. It even includes a windscreen and lapel mic clip.
Free editing software included
The Zoom F2 comes with a free download license for Steinberg’s WaveLab Cast software. WaveLab Cast helps you finalize your project with a wide range of comprehensive editing, mixing, and refinement tools.
