I joined the CES team in 2022 but have been an operational leader for over 20 years.  The unique element of Operations at CES is that it is both service and product based.  We must give our clients a speedy, accurate turnaround on their quote requests and ensure the goods they order are consolidated and delivered in a timely, consistent manner. 

Many Operations professionals have experience of service or physical goods but I have experience of both with a large part of my career in international travel management and the rest in E-commerce and warehouse management

What I really like about CES was that they had already been delivering an effective service to the international education community for over 30 years but aspired to improve on that and deliver an even stronger and better customer experience, this attitude of constant improvement is exactly what I’m here for.
