These plastic files are a great way to colour code documents for storage, display or desk organisation. As a more durable and longer lasting solution than standard punched pockets, they are ideal for keeping in a drawer, on an office desk or another flat surface, but we would not recommend using them for binders, noticeboards or taking on the go due to their design. For those uses, please see our other presentation and report files. Each pack contains 25 A4 files with a random assortment of red, blue, green and yellow covers.
Documents have never been easier or quicker to access with the top and right 2-side opening. The remaining sides are strongly sealed to stop paper from coming loose and to prevent splitting, which is aided by the hardwearing polypropylene construction. Another useful feature of these files is the thumb hole that prevents the file sticking together and helps you remove or add documents hassle-free, or access information quickly in urgent situations or fast paced environments.
Each file has a lightly embossed finish that makes documents clear to see whilst removing glare from natural and indoor lighting, as well as clear enough to be photocopied without blurring.
